Tuesday, April 6th – Stay at Home Family Movie Night:
Looking for something fun to do this week? Let us create a ‘date night’ for you and your family. Come to the library and check out one of our ‘Let’s Stay In’ date night bundles. We will provide a movie, a bag of popcorn, all the props needed for up to four moviegoers. All you need to add is a couple munchies to make your time together entertaining. Wednesday, April 14th – 5:30 p.m. – Virtual Cookbook Club:
By popular demand! We have had a couple requests to start a Cookbook Club. We’ve decided to try via Zoom. Join us from the comfort of your own home with your favorite beverage. We won’t be able to taste each other’s handiwork but we can share how to make it. We can’t wait to get new ideas for our kitchens. Join Librarian Karen Wilhelm as she shares a fun story that the entire family will enjoy. This event will be posted on the Erie Islands Library Facebook.
Thursday, April 22nd – 5:30 p.m. – Words & Wine Book Club:
Join us and share a book you have read from the comfort of your homes while enjoying a beverage of your own choosing. Even if you haven’t had time to read, you are welcome to join us to hear what others are suggesting. We can’t wait to hear what you have been reading, listening to or watching. It’s easy to sign up. Exciting New Addition to Our Library Coming Soon: Our new outside lockers should be installed in the next couple weeks. These hold lockers will enable you to order books, magazines, DVDs and audios by calling us or online or through the Ida Rupp Library app. Your items will be available 24 hours a day for your convenience.
