Rising with the sun has never been more beautiful and easy. At Oak Point Docks there are over twenty docks available for day and overnight visit options. Planning activities in and around the South Bass Island can be conveniently navigated in a cinch. Oak Point Docks is located on the smallest Ohio Park’s System with only a half-acre of land. What the land lacks in size the beautiful lakeshore makes up for. The Oak Point State Park is an extension of South Bass Island State Park.

You couldn’t have a more picturesque location for docking. Set your alarm clock and find your way to the top deck as you watch the sunrise and soak in all of the breathtaking scenery. If you are feeling a little hungry you’re in luck because these docks are just down the road from the Boardwalk Restaurant groups. Here, you’ll be sure to find the perfect menu for appetite.

You prefer a more relaxed, low key dining experience why not pack a picnic and find a lush grassy area to enjoy the day with the ones you love. With that said, they have clean restrooms and water fountains in close proximity to the docks if needed. And, what is a day on the water without fishing!? If you follow the narrow path on the north side of the park you will be led to one of the best fishing spots in Put-in-Bay.
