The Official Put-in-Bay Spring Fling Party!

It is the marquee event of the Put-in-Bay spring calendar, and a great way to launch into the summer season at PIB! It is, of course, the Island Club Customer Appreciation Party, which you may know by its more famous name, SPRING FLING! That’s right, the Put-in-Bay Ohio Spring Fling Party has been going strong for over two decades at the Island Club, and it will be there once again in 2024!

Put-in-Bay Ohio’s Best Spring Event

The Island Club’s Spring Fling is a huge event that draw crowds from Cleveland, Toledo, Buffalo and all over. The Island Club hosts as they always do, and select other Put-in-Bay lodging resorts like the Commodore Resort, Put-in-Bay Condos and Bird’s Nest are welcomed as well! It’s a two-day party filled with frosty cold adult beverages on Friday night, and brats, hot dogs, hamburgers, side dishes and some more kegs on Saturday afternoon. It’s the unofficial kickoff to the PIB tourist season and one of the best Put-in-Bay events of the year. So make sure to stay at the Put-in-Bay hotels and Put-in-Bay home rentals that have access to the Island Club Spring Fling. What is the Spring Fling Party?

The Put-in-Bay Spring Fling Customer Appreciation Party is a big street party held at the Island Club community. We usually attract thousands of friends for 2 days of free adult beverages and camaraderie. Further, Saturday afternoon is an opportunity to eat free food and listen to awesome live entertainment to start the season with a bang! As a result, this is the unofficial start of the Put-in-Bay summer fun. There is an added bonus for those who will be heading to the downtown “strip”. Party History

This end-of-season event started as a small block party. No more than a gathering of a half dozen friends on one Fall weekend in 1998. It has since grown to what it is now. It has also spawned the Fall Ball Customer Appreciation Party which wraps up the Put-in-Bay summer season. Growing in size each year for almost two decades as more and more people hear about it.

The party is hosted at the Island Club Rentals subdivision and is exclusively for guests of the Island Club, Victory Station Hotel, Put-in-Bay Condos, and Commodore Resort only. Likewise, you must be a registered guest at one of these establishments to attend. No exceptions will be made for liability purposes! This weekend always books up and sells out quickly between the Party, the Kentucky Derby race, and the baseball games!
